I'm only givong 2 stars because 2 out of the 6 King Koopa's survived. They arrived in a small box that wasn't labled, "live animal" or even handle with care. The box only had our shipping address. Inside was no padding wirh a small plastic bag with a small amount of water. They were all crammed together. We will not order from this business in the future if this is how they treat live animals. Please do better.
Two snails seem to be completely fine but one might’ve arrived a bit weak as I have seen one of the snails about 3 times fall off the glass and gotten stuck on its shell. Other than thateverything was great!
Snails arrived alive, well packaged, and on time. Acclimated well to my tank. Appreciate the quality and responsiveness.
