They arrived in very small packaging. I am disappointed that all 8 fit in my hand. They arrived alive and green. I’m sure my snails, fish and shrimp will enjoy them. Just wish they were larger.
I love them they look happy and are bigger then expected. Algae brings me happiness.. idk im weird but it is what it is. 10/10 would recommend
These moss balls are exactly what our tank needed. We love them as much as the ghost shrimp do!
These are great ! Arrived on time, look healthy. I soaked them separately in a glass with my tank water over night - no hitchhikers. 6 balls. Between these and the pothos my nitrates should stabilise.
Cute little marimo balls. All about 1 inch in diameter and very healthy. Delivery was 4 days early too! I highly recommend this company.
These are healthy, live marimo moss balls. It took 8 days to arrive at northeast US after purchasing (this was after a big snowstorm). It was below 0 degrees when it was delivered but I was able to bring them in 30 minutes after delivery. They were not frozen. 5 balls are over 1 inch when they're in water. Will purchase some more. I suggest quarantining the ball and cleaning them daily since they have a lot of sand/dirt
Wouldn’t call them large I’d say they’re more of a medium at best in size. However despite the size being smaller than expected they seem to be in good health and quality.
These arrived quickly and were well packaged and, most importantly, alive. I had 2 already and wanted more. I'm sure they will turn more green and fluff out some more in a day or so, just like the 2 I have now. In my pictures, you can tell them apart, but soon enough they'll be darker green, too. I think these are great plants for betta aquariums, but they would be good in other kinds as well. I would purchase again, as I am very happy and pleased with these.
They're very nice! They vary in size. The largest one was about 1 inch at it widest point, but they expand when they are in the water. So I would say that the size reference in the post title of 1.3" is accurate, but none were 1.5". after they were soaked. They do smell a little when you first open the box, but it goes away once they've had a chance to soak. They're all super healthy, very green with no yellow or brown spots, and definitely worth the price. I'll be ordering more soon.
Highly recommended I absolutely love the color to container, but I didn’t appreciate it thrown on the sidewalk should’ve rang my doorbell like the directions says, but otherwise otherwise somebody could’ve took it thank God that my old man went out there and grabbed it before somebody stepped on and crushed it. The sizes were perfect. I immediately put them in my tank from my beta, exotic beta looney, because he’s white at the moon the value was of the money was perfect. The way they made my tank look looks beautiful and my moon is very happy and my very happy with it. The variety of the pack was awesome. The container was awesome. Ease of use prior ideal for everyone that has a tank for fish and fish. o smell I would purchase again and the amount of money was well worth it. Thank you God bless happy 2025. It’s an ideal as for anybody’s tank. I’m gonna repeat that again awesome fresh perfect perfect use sturdiness perfect. I’ll deal for a small tank. It is ascribed.
They are definitely live. Came in good condition and packaged well. Researched them and how to put in my aquarium. So far, they are thriving and doing well. Happy with my product.The only concern I have is someone at my local fish store said these are illegal to own due to the zebra muscle. However, everywhere I've ready said it's ok as long as personally grown and certified to be zebra muscle free. So it'd be a good idea for the seller to place this in his website for those unsure.

I got these marimo moss balls on a whim and it was well worth it. I wanted a few extra too as to the originals I had, but the previous seller didn’t have them anymore. As such, I checked out Amazon!At first, I got a set of moss balls with a few really green ones, and a couple that were a little brown. I messaged the seller and they were so quick to respond and solve the problem. They immediately sent me a new set to replace the ones that were brown and since I’ve been enjoying watching my little green friends float around. They are healthy, green, and all have the right smell. The seller was extremely helpful and responsive and the moss balls have been doing great for you a few weeks now!! Would purchase again 100%. I recommend it for anyone looking to start with marimos.
Arrived healthy. They do look small when they are shipped since they are not shipped in water (damp and sealed in a plastic box). Once they are put in water, they do puff up. Still doing great even after I bought them a couple of weeks ago and were left in the mailbox overnight (we didn't check the mail the day it arrived - and it was cold, but not freezing, temperature).
These moss balls came in a plastic case and look well for being in the mail as long as they were...They are coming from overseas which I didn't appreciate...But, I had no issues with them being delivered.
